Today, unplanned or unintended pregnancy is a risk factor for major health issues of women both, during and after pregnancy. It is not only common people, but health care professionals also tend to miss the opportunity to recognize more about the pregnant woman’s feelings about her unplanned pregnancy. This reveals the biases of health care professionals, who fail to recognize the intentions of the unplanned pregnancies and pregnant women under stress. Even if a pregnant woman has the guts to discuss her ‘unplanned pregnancy,’ she is told to be grateful to God for making her a ‘complete woman’ and granting her with the most valuable reward of motherhood. It appears that just the once a woman is pregnant, she loses her voice and her reproductive rights.
